Manual Handling Videos Not Playing

If a course video will not play, the error will be residing on the users end.

If you are using an Apple device:

• Open Settings.
• Open the Safari section.
• Under the Privacy heading, make sure the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking switch is off.
• Go back to the Home screen, open Safari again, and try again.

Please take the following steps to attempt to resolve the issue:

• Try logging in and playing in an incognito window
• Try clear your cache
• Try a different browser
• Try a diffferent device
• Ensure you can play youtube videos on your device
• Try on a different wifi connection

The error may also be caused by a firewall on your wifi or antivirus scanner.
