Manual Handling Videos Not Playing
If a course video will not play, the error will be residing on the users end.
If you are using an Apple device:
Open Settings.
Open the Safari section.
Under the Privacy heading, make sure the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking switch is off.
Go back to the Home screen, open Safari again, and try again.
Please take the following steps to attempt to resolve the issue:
- Try logging in and playing in an incognito window
- Try clear your cache
- Try a different browser
- Try a diffferent device
- Ensure you can play youtube videos on your device
- Try on a different wifi connection
The error may also be caused by a firewall on your wifi or antivirus scanner.
