# Manual Handling Certificate

Thank you for working through the course! 

If you are unable to see your certificate after completing the course, can you please ensure you have:
- watched each video completely and clicked the "mark complete" button
- completed each quiz with 80% correct in each quiz 

Typically, the error is that you have not marked complete each video. 

Following ensuring this is the case, you should be able to access your certificate via your [account page](https://www.communitytherapy.com.au/account/). 

Clicking on certificates will take you to the top of the course page where the percentage completed bar should now be showing the certificate that can be downloaded. 

If this does not resolve your query, please us know and we will log in to resolve within your account.
